To setup a goolge campaign you need to do the following:
- Go to settings, click Manage PPC logins and enter the google login information.
- Go to settings, click on Set up banners, email and PPC/CPC campaigns.
- Under "Select Campaign Type, pick "Paid Search".
- Give the campaign a name (Usually Google for google campaign).
- Choose a cost type PPC and Google from the Grab Cost From drop down menu.
- Add a Keyword Identifier (Usually kw for Google campaign).
- Under Campaign Settings, choose "Entry Page URL" and "Contains", and then add the campaign identifier which is usually campaign=google for Google campaigns.
- Send Campaign Start Sheet to Mike.
