These are the instructions for ordering and installing an SSL certificate. The renewal process is the same as purchasing a new SSL. So, you will just need to purchase a new SSL and install it on top of the existing SSL. Time remaining on the existing SSL is automatically added to the new SSL.

Renew a SSL Certificate

To renew a certificate you must contact your Webhosting Company wiht the already formated e-mail provided by them.
Also a new CSR must be created for the new SSL Cert.(It has to be e-mail to your Webhosting Company)
Then we wait for the confirmation e-mail with the new SSL that would have to be imported to the https:www.yourdomain.com

How To Generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR)

Follow these instructions to generate a CSR via Ensim:

• Go to the appliance administrator (www.domainname.com/admin) and enter the username, domain, and password
• Go to Shortcuts at the top next to Dashboard
• Select SSL settings in the "Webserver" section
• At the bottom of the form select Generate
• Enter the CSR information as follows in this table:

DN Field	Explanation	Example
Common Name	The fully qualified domain name for your web server. This must be an exact match.	If you intend to secure the URL https://www.geotrust.com, then your CSR's common name must be www.geotrust.com.
Organization	The exact legal name of your organization. Do not abbreviate your organization name.	GeoTrust
Organization Unit	Section of the organization	Marketing
City or Locality	The city where your organization is legally located.	Wellesley Hills
State or Province	The state or province where your organization is legally located. Can not be abbreviated.	Massachusetts
Country	The two-letter ISO abbreviation for your country.	US

• When creating a CSR you must follow these conventions. Enter the information to be displayed in the certificate. The following characters can not be accepted: < > ~ ! @ # $ % ^ * / \ ( ) ?.,
