User Name & Password / Poprelay Issue:
When a user keeps getting the username and password box poping up, and the username and password he is using is correct, the problem most likely is within the Poprelay service on the server.
In this case, the problem is usually resloved by restarting the Poprelay.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/poprelay restart

Creating email accounts:
To create an email account you must access the control panel for the hosting account you are trying to create the email for.
- Login to http://yourdomain.com/admin
- Enter your login name and password which can be found in the client database.
- On the left menu, click on the Mailboxes/Users
- On the top menu, click on Add User
- Enter a Username (this will be the name before the @ sign in the email address you are creating and also must be all lower case.)
- Enter a Fullname which can be anything you want.
- Enter a Password which can be anything you want.
- Set the disk quota you want to assign to that account (The disk quota is default at 20MB but you can change it to anything you want and for unlimited disk space, change the number from 20 to 0. 0=unlimited)
- FTP (Don't worry about it unless you need that)
- CGI (Don't worry about it unless you need that)
- SSH (Don't worry about it unless you need that)
- Telnet (Don't worry about it unless you need that)
- Click on the Add button
That's it you are done creating the account. Now you can create another one or just close your browser and setup your outlook with the new email account you just created.
