Step 1:
Select the E-Mail Accounts option from the Tools menu.

Step 2:
Select the first option to Add a new e-mail account.

Step 3:
The second option is for POP3 Email setup.

Step 4:
Enter your name you would like people to see in the email they will be receiving
from you.
Next, enter your email address, your incoming mail server which should
be as seen below
Last, enter your SMTP mail server information which may be the same as your incoming mail server or might be different if your ISP provider (Internet Provider) requires to use their own. For an example; if you are using Bell South as your DSL provider, your SMTP will be mail.bellsouth.net.

Step 5:
Click on the More Settings button and move to the Outgoing Server Tab to select
the first checkbox.

Step 6:
Press OK and then Next to move to the final window.
